COVID-19 Updates From The Norfolk Companies

Update 5/15/2020: We have implemented new standard operating procedures for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Update 5/4/2020: Starting Wednesday (5/6), we will require all customers, vendors, and delivery personnel to wear face coverings while in the building, in compliance with Governor Baker’s recent order. Thank you for your cooperation as we do our part to keep our customers, employees, and community safe!

Update 4/29/2020:  The Norfolk Companies is considered an "essential" business because it supports building and construction maintenance and updates.  For the health and safety of our clients, employees, and the community, all of our departments, including design and delivery teams are functioning with regular cleaning, disinfecting, and new safety procedures.  We are practicing 6 ' separation in our showrooms, and offices.  Check with your sales representative on the availability of our products.  Every cabinet line we stock is now made in the USA.

Update 3/30/2020: In accordance with Massachusetts law, we have adopted a NO TOLERANCE sick policy in regards to our employees and our customers. Please contact your salesperson for more information.

Update 3/25/2020: As an essential business in the construction industry, The Norfolk Companies will remain OPEN for business. Please contact your salesperson for any information regarding modified hours or your order status.

3/19/2020: The Norfolk Companies would like to take a moment to address all of our customers, business partners and contacts as to the actions that are being taken to protect our employees, as well as our customers.

Our Employees:

We are continually communicating with our employees about this health alert and taking every precaution to prevent the spread of this virus. Every step is being taken to keep our employees safe, as well as making sure that they have the time off that they need should they become ill. We have taken steps to share what we know about the virus and the hygiene that is recommended to prevent the spread of the virus.

Our Customers:

In an effort to protect our valued customers, all of our locations and offices are being cleaned and disinfected to more than our normal standards. We will be sanitizing frequently used surfaces daily and encouraging any ill employees to stay at home. As of now, all of our locations will remain open for our regular hours and will continue to serve you at the highest level.

The health of our customers and employees is paramount. We ask that if you or a member of your household are ill, or are showing any signs of the below symptoms, you reschedule any appointments or deliveries:

  • Heavy cough - Fever of 100.7° or greater - Respiratory - distress/difficulty breathing - Other flu-like symptoms

Should you have a delivery scheduled we are more than happy to reschedule to a later date. Please contact us for more information.

Products & Supplies:

At this time, we do not anticipate issues with the supply of any of our products. For information on your order, please contact the office directly.
